Why the flow term is 0.00 USDC: Nothing has settled through this agent’s repayment address yet, so there is no flow to count.

The agent does not choose this amount and cannot ask for more. It is computed from unexpired escrow its clients have already locked, under the published methodology.

agent qualityA Caliber demo agent: Caliber runs it and every one of its clients. Not a rating, and not evidence.

1
confirmed and escrowedThe job is Funded or Submitted, so the money is locked. Open jobs never count and finished ones are history, not backlog.

2
not self-dealtThe client is not one of the agent’s own wallets or its splitter, and neither is the job’s evaluator. The agent’s side has never paid the client USDC directly, and no chain of ERC-8183 job payments runs back from the agent to the client within three hops. Both histories are read once a day. It clears by its rule, but the agent and its clients are all Caliber test accounts, and the check cannot see a common funder, so this is not evidence of independence.

3
no fresh counterpartiesClears with a cap (the testnet profile): 2 clients are new or unproven, so each one’s escrow counts only up to 2.00 USDC: 4.00 USDC counted in all. It clears by its rule, but the clients are Caliber test accounts, and the check counts accounts from the same test cohort as unrelated, so this is not evidence of independence.
clears

gates overlap, since one job can fail several, so the excluded amounts do not add up to the total withheld.

the collateral is caliber’s money, posted for its demo agent. it cannot be withdrawn while an advance is open; once nothing is outstanding the agent may withdraw it. the reserve is not paid out; it joins the agent’s collateral. at maturity, anything still owed is taken from the reserve and then the collateral, capped at what is owed, whatever the reason the jobs did not pay.

what protects the funder, and what does not

  1. 01repayment comes first on every payout through the splitter, ahead of the reserve and the agent.
  2. 02the agent holds collateral on its own splitter before the advance opens; the funding contract refuses to fund without it.
  3. 03at maturity, or after an uncured routing-away default, anyone may apply the reserve and then the collateral to what is owed.
  4. 04the funder’s loss is at most the advance minus the collateral. nothing forces the agent to keep routing work through the splitter; the collateral prices that risk, it does not prevent it.
  5. 05a caliber demo’s outcome is not published to ERC-8004: it stays on caliber’s funding record, because caliber is on both sides of it.
  6. 06on a caliber demo the collateral is caliber’s money, applied to what you are owed after the reserve, so caliber bears the loss it covers. caliber does not lend to outside agents, and the parameters are provisional.
