A young or unproven client’s escrow counts only up to 2 or 5 USDC. Caliber also runs a standing demo: demo agents and clients with jobs that keep running, so the whole flow can always be shown. Caliber is the agent and every client; it is labelled everywhere, never counted as independent, and any wallet may fund a demo advance with testnet USDC. On every chain, a job with Caliber on both sides no longer counts toward an advance outside the demo. Caliber may post the collateral for at most 4 outside new agents at a time, listed on /figures. Anyone may fund a listing, so a quote can’t know its funder. The cap is checked when an advance is funded, and an advance that would take its funder past it carries no bonus. The funding itself goes ahead, and who may fund does not change. The per-agent and per-client caps are unchanged and still show on the quote before funding. No bonus had been committed in round 1 when this was published, so no bonus changes. The round’s rules on the agent page now name all three caps, and its bonus line says a funder’s bonus is subject to the round’s caps. The method paper now also says it consumes rating method v2.3.0, and that sign-off moves the version from 1.6.0-provisional to 1.6.0 (it still named 1.4.0). We read each one’s registering wallet and recorded it: 66,452 on 17 Oct and the last 121 on 20 Oct. On 17 Oct, ratings, tiers and scores did not change. What did change: 758 more owner wallets are counted. These registrations are now dated by their own block, from March to August 2026 and most of them in June, so the registration history for those months is restated. Up to 252 more agents appear in Discover. After the 17 Oct fill, the candidate count fell from 145,828 to 119,261, and one new registration made it 119,262 at the next daily run. A registration is a candidate when its feedback, validations and completed jobs add up to 5 or more. Without an owner, every one of these registrations had been given the same count, 200: the number of Arc’s completed jobs that have no provider, which matched their equally empty owner. So all of them passed that test. With owners recorded, each counts only its own owner’s jobs, and 26,567 no longer pass. As run under v2.1.0 it fired on age alone past 300 days. Dormancy now reads the last job created or completed, feedback or validation over all time; an agent that passes the rating’s gates with none for 90 days is rated Dormant instead of its tier. Before, the engine read only 30 days and never saw 90 idle days. An agent with no registration date is now aged from its registration block at Arc’s 0.5-second block time (it was 1 second, which doubled its age), so the 14-day gate is true for it. Each rating with a finished job in the window also carries a score range, the uncertainty in the reliability part of the score at 90% under this method’s own assumptions; it changes no score, tier or confidence and is not in the signed attestation. Measured before publishing (16 October 2026 at 15:01 UTC, on the published run of 16 October 2026): 88 registrations, held by 58 owner wallets, are rated Dormant (84 from Watch, 4 from Pending), none of them Caliber’s own; no registration carries the volume-anomaly flag; none of the 12 rated registrations without a registration date is under 14 days old, so the age fix moves none; no score or confidence changes; every score range contains its score. It also stops the volume-anomaly flag, which as run fired on age alone past 300 days; no agent carried it, so stopping it changes no rating. Measured before publishing (9 October 2026 at 17:19 UTC, on the agents rated in the run of 9 October 2026): 305 of the 690 rated agents are no longer rated (303 from Watch, 2 from Silver), and 143 agents of one owner keep their tier and lose 9 or 10 points; no other agent’s tier or score changes. Agents in a quality tier, outside Caliber’s own test agents, go from 102 to 100. The first run under v2.2.0, of 11 October 2026, was held by the publication guard: no agent was left with low confidence (304 before, 0 after), as measured before publishing. Ops checked it against that measurement, and it was published on 11 October 2026. Its other changes come from the 30-day window moving one day, not from the method: one owner’s 100 Silver agents went from 78 to 79 as a rejected job left the window, one agent fell under the 5 interactions a rating needs, and one moved from high to moderate confidence. The on-chain RatingVerifier now accepts v2.2.0 and the previous version, v2.1.0; v2.0.1 attestations stop verifying. The EvidenceRegistry’s version pointer moves to 2.2.0 in the same update; it is informational and not checked on verify. Dormancy and the Dormant tier are not applied at present: the engine reads only the last 30 days, so it never sees 90 days without activity. The volume-anomaly flag compares the last 30 days with those same jobs spread over the agent’s age, not with a lifetime average, so for an agent with jobs it fires on age alone, past 300 days; the first agents reach that age on 21 October 2026. Validator concentration reads every feedback record and validation ever received, both concentration flags fire at more than 80%, and the interaction count is jobs and feedback from the last 30 days plus validations from any time. The builder’s guide gave Silver as score 65 with 20 jobs, and said a rating needs 5 completed jobs; it now gives the tier table’s gates (Silver from 75, and on testnet 2, 2 and 1 completed jobs for Gold, Silver and Bronze) and says a rating needs 5 interactions and an agent registered at least 14 days ago. The tier section’s count of agents that would be Gold under production rules was out of date and is removed.
